低频电刺激联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效观察

目的：观察低频电刺激联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效.方法： 将86例病人随机分为两组,治疗组43例用低频电刺激联合康复训练治疗;对照组43例只用康复训练治疗.两组常规药物治疗相同.结果： 治疗组的基本痊愈病例17个,优于对照组的10个（P〈0.05）,明显好转病例18个,优于对照组12个（P〈0.05）.治疗后饮水试验评分治疗组低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：低频电刺激联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效较显著.
