垂体后叶素在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用效果观察

目的：观察腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用垂体后叶素的止血效果及安全性.方法：选择80例子宫肌壁间肌瘤行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例.治疗组采用垂体后叶素6U ＋0.9%氯化钠注射液8ml子宫肌层注射,对照组采用缩宫素20U子宫肌层注射.观察两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、术中血压变化、术后体温及术后并发症.结果：两组所有手术均成功实施,无中转开腹;治疗组与对照组相比,术中出血量明显减少,手术时间明显减少（P 〈0.01）;术中用药后15 min,治疗组收缩压上升明显高于对照组,术后体温无明显差异（P 〉0.05）;治疗组术后血红蛋白下降值明显少于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论：腹腔镜下子宫肌壁间肌瘤剔除术中应用垂体后叶素,可明显减少术中出血,缩短手术时间,且对血压的影响是短暂的,无并发症产生,值得推广应用.

Conclusion： Under the peritoneoscope the museulus uterinus intermural myoma rejects in the technique to apply the pituitrin, may reduce in the technique to bleed obviously, reduces the surgery time,also to the blood pressure the influence is short, the non--complication production, is worth promoting the application.
