静脉输液是临床上常用的护理操作之一,与疾病救治密切相关.如何提高静脉输液的一次成功率,是每位护士都想掌握的技巧.如果不掌握好技巧,常常导致操作失败,反复地穿刺既给护士增加了工作量,也让护士在病人及家属面前感到愧疚和尴尬;更重要的是增加了病人的痛苦,导致病人及家属的不满,为护患关系埋下不和谐的音符;同时可能影响危重病人的诊断,无法及时确定治疗方案而带来严重后果.为了提高操作成功率,笔者有一些小经验供大家参考.
