新疆地区2型糖尿病视网膜病变相关危险因素分析

目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者眼底病变情况及糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）的相关因素。方法：对我院595例2型糖尿病患者做眼底检查，结合患者性别、年龄、病程、血压、体质指数、糖化血红蛋白等进行分析。结果：595例糖尿病患者中，发生DR者（单眼或双眼）188例，其中单纯性DR174例，螬殖性DR患者14例，病程小于5年者DR患病率为30．4％，5一10年者为57．1％，大于10年者为91．7％，DR患者搪化血红蛋白较非DR患者高、差别有统计学意义。结论：糖尿病性视网膜病是糖尿病患者最常见的并发症，其发生率随糖尿病病程病程的延长而增加，糖尿病病程及糖化血红蛋白升高是DR发生的重要危险因素。

Results： In 595 example dlabetlc, has DR （simple eye or both eyes） 188 examples,in which rctinitis simplex DR174 example,the hyperphasia DR patient 14 examples,the course of an illness is smaller than 5 year DR prevalence rates is 30.4%,5-10 years is 57.1%, is bigger than for 10 years is the 91.7 %, DR patient saceharifies the hemoglobin to compare the non--DR patient high, the difference has statistics significance. Conclusion：Diabetes retinopathy is the diabetic most common complication,its formation rate increases along with diabetes course of an illness course of an illness extension,diabetes course of an illness and the saecharification hemoglobin ascension is the important dangerous factor which DR occurs.
