妇产科手术病人腹部切口的临床护理

目的：探讨妇产科手术病人腹部切口的临床护理方法.方法：回顾性分析我院近年来针对妇产科腹部切口患者实施的护理.结果：通过在术前对患者进行饮食调节、术前指导,术后的心里护理和出院指导,促进了患者的早日康复.结论：通过对本院妇产科180例手术患者腹部切口的护理,患者切口良好,均痊愈出院,提高手术的成功率和降低手术的风险,避免医疗纠纷,值得临床推广使用.

Objective： To explore the clinical nursing of abdominal incision in gynecologic surgery patients. Methods：A retrospective analysis of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital in recent years for patients of abdominal incision. Results： By the preoperative diet, preoperative guidance,care and discharge after heart guidance, which promote the patient＇s early recovery. Conclusion：By clinical nursing of 180 cases of patients undergoing abdominal incision care,incision well, were discharged,to improve the success rate of surgery and reduce the risk of surgery to prevent medical disputes, which is worthy of clinical use.
