尿微量白蛋白检测及临床应用

微量白蛋白是尿液中白蛋白超过正常水平，但低于常规试带法可检出的范围，它的检测作为早期肾损害诊断的重要指标已受到广泛重视，测定方法包括放射免疫法、ELASA法，而应用较多的是免疫透射比浊法。微量白蛋白标本收集及报告常用方式有；每升尿中白蛋白量表示和24小时排泄量表示以及白蛋白／肌酐比值报告三种，其中白蛋白／肌酐比值报告是常用的报告方式。我们以不同表示方法对正常人尿白蛋白的正常值进行了统计分析，并对部分高血压、糖尿病患者进行尿微量白蛋白测定，现报告如下。
