重症甲型H1N1流感病毒肺炎的机械通气策略

摘    要:甲型H1N1流感为急性呼吸道传染病,人群普遍易感,少数可发展为危重症甲流,病死率极高.顽固性低氧血症是甲流重症肺炎主要临床表现,机械通气技术能有效地纠正缺氧、维持患者呼吸功能,为原发病争取治疗时间.目前对于甲流重症肺炎患者机械通气的时机、模式、参数设置等方面存在较大争议,本文就机械通气策略做一介绍.

Abstract:The armor H1N1 flu for the acute respiratory tract infectious disease, the crowd universal easy feeling, minority to be possible to devel- op for the danger critically ill armor class, the case fatality rate is extremely high. The stubborn low oxygen blood sickness is the armor flows the criti- cally ill pneumonia main clinical manifestation, the machinery ventilation technology can correct the oxygen deficit effectively, maintain the patient to breathe the function, strives for the treatment time for the the primary affection. At present flows critically ill pneumonia patient machinery aspects and so on ventilation opportunity, pattern, parameter establishment regarding the armor exists loudly disputed that, this article makes an introduction on the machinery ventilation strategy.
