120例临床护士焦虑及抑郁状况的调查研究

目的：调查护士的焦虑和抑郁现状及产生因素，探讨如何实施护理人员的管理。方法：采用ZUNG焦虑白评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对60名普通病房护士和60名重症监护病房（ICu）护士进行对照研究。结果：普通护士存在较严重的抑郁情绪。结论：对护士实施有效的心理保健和技能培训，是促进护士心理健康，促进护理学科发展的有力措施。
