心理护理干预在第一产程中的效果观察

目的：探索心理护理干预对产妇第一产程的影响和作用.方法：选择2009年1月至2009年12月入住院妇产科自然分娩产妇54例,将上述住院分娩产妇随机分为两组,试验组27例,采取护患沟通、心理疏导、心理安慰、温馨陪护等心理护理干预措施,给予产妇精神上的安慰、鼓励和支持 另一组为对照组27例,采取常规产科护理.观察比较两组产妇第一产程的进展情况.结果：试验组较对照组第一产程的时间缩短,第一产程进展顺利.结论：在第一产程中应用护理心理干预,可利于坚定产妇自然分娩信心,使第一产程顺利进展,缩短第一产程的时间,从而提高自然分娩的质量,在目前剖宫产率畸高的情况值得尝试和推广.

Results：The experimental group compares the control group first course of childbirth the time reduction, the first course of childbirth progresses smoothly.Conclusion： Applies the nursing psychology intervention in the first course of childbirth, may favor the firm parturient woman natural childbirth confidence, causes the first course of childbirth smooth progress, reduces the first course of childbirth the time, thus enhances the natural childbirth the quality, splits the palace production rate in at present to be unbalanced the high situation to be worth attempting and the promotion.
