卡托普利、美托洛尔在慢性心衰中的应用

目的：研究卡托普利、关托洛尔在慢性心衰中的应用。方法与结果：我院对59例慢性心衰患者门诊及住院观察，在针对病因，去除诱发因素以及休息，限盐摄入、利尿等一般治疗的基础上，给予口服卡托普利、美托洛尔，观察6个月至2年，疗效显著。结果：59例慢性心衰患者，均服用卡托普利、美托洛尔，58例心功能明显改善，1例改善不明显。
