外伤性脾破裂29例的诊治体会——外伤性脾破裂的诊断与治疗原则

目的：探讨外伤性脾破裂的诊断与治疗原则.方法：对我院2005年1月至2010年6月收治的29例外伤性脾破裂病例进行了回顾性分析.结果：本组患者共29例,其中手术治疗26例,非手术治疗3例,29例患者均治愈出院,无死亡病例.结论：明确在外伤性脾破裂的治疗中及时诊断、合理治疗是挽救外伤性脾破裂患者生命的关键,应遵循＂救命第一,保脾第二＂的原则 如患者生命征平稳,可在严密监测过程中行保守治疗,并做好随时手术的准备,一旦病情恶化,立即行手术治疗.
