61例非小细胞肺癌3D-CRT放射治疗临床结果

目的：回顾性分析总结了我院61例非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者进行3D-CRT的疗效和生存率分析,并与同期常规放疗的患者的治疗结果进行对照,探讨三维适形放疗（3D-CRT）非小细胞肺癌的方法与疗效,为NSCLC的治疗提供参考依据.方法：2004年1月～2006年12月采用3D-CRT的61例NSCLC患者,并与随机抽取的同期常规放疗的61例NSCLC患者对照,对比观察两组患者的近期疗效、1、2、3年生存率、中位生存期和毒副反应.结果：治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为72.1%和55.7%,无显著性差异（P〉0.05）.其中完全缓解率分别为22.6%和9.3 %,差异显著（P〈0.05）.随访截止至2009年12月,随访率100%,中位随访时间43个月.治疗组中位生存期为22.8个月,对照组中位生存期为15.5个月,治疗组较对照组高出7.3个月.治疗组和对照组的1、2、3年总生存率分别为78.6%、49.1%和31.1%,以及60.6%、36.1%和24.6%.两组血液学毒性及急性放射肺、食管损伤发生率无显著性差异.结论：三维适形放疗 （3D-CRT）治疗非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的疗效优于常规放射治疗;提高了非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）生存率.

Objective： The review analysis summarized my courtyard 61 example non--cellule lung cancer（NSCLC）patient to carry on 3D-CRT the curative effect and the survival rate analysls, and carried on the comparison with the same time convention radiotherapy patient＇s treatment result, the discussion three dimensional suitable shape radiotherapy（3D--CRT）non-cellule lung cancer method and the curative effect, was the NSCLC treatment provides the reference. Methods：In January, 2004 - 2006 years in December uses 3D--CRT 61 example NSCLC patient, and compares with the draw an item at random same time convention radiotherapy 61 example NSCLC patient,the contrast will observe two group of patient＇s short- term curative effects, 1,2,3 years survival rate, the position lifetime and the poisonous side reaction. Results：The treatment group and control group＇s total effectiveness respectively is 72.1% and 55.7% ,Non--significance difference（P〉0. 05）.
