氨甲蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床研究

目的：目的：探讨氨甲蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异住妊娠的临床疗效。方法：本文对收治的异住妊娠患者采用氨甲蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗，并与单独使用米非司酮治疗的对照组进行临床疗效比较。结果：联合组患者中痊愈25例，占73．53％，治愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。另外，联合组血β—hoG转阴平均时间和包块消失平均时间均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组患者共有10例发生轻微胃肠道反应，3例白细胞下降，停药后缓解。结论：氨甲蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的治愈率高使血β-hcG降至正常水平，减少了患者随诊次数和医疗费用，值得临床推广使用。
