糖尿病患者跟骨骨折术后康复治疗

目的：探讨糖尿病患者跟骨骨折术后康复治疗的方法厦效果观察。方法：对24例急性闭合跟骨骨折的糖尿病患者，手术前应用物理方法联合药物治疗，保证软组织的恢复，应用人体胰岛素控制血糖到接近正常水平。术后遵循早活动，晚负重的原则加强功能练习。结合手法按摩，理疗，药物治疗，并持续应用人体胰岛素控制血糖到手术后12周。结果：24例患者得到随访12—18个月，平均12．3月。结论：合并搪尿病的跟骨骨折患者，只要做好围手术期的工作，及时、有效、持续控制好血糖，重视和加强术后康复治疗，手术就可以安全地进行并能得到良好预后。
