参附注射液对顽固性心衰的疗效及心率变异度的影响

摘    要:目的:观察参附注射液对顽固性心衰的疗效及对心率变异度的影响.方法:随机选69例顽固性心衰患者,分为2组,对照组30例在强心、利尿、血管扩张剂等西医治疗,治疗组39例在对照组基础上加用参附注射液30ml,加入5%葡萄糖注射液中,疗程2周.观察两组的有效率及对心率变异度的影响.结果:两组总有效率分别为95%和73%,治疗组高于对照组,且治疗组心率变异度高于对照组.结论:参附注射液辅助治疗顽固性心衰疗效显著,可以改善心率变异度.

Abstract:The goal observation senate attaches the inoculation fluid the curative effect and to the heart rate measure of variation influence which fades to the stubborn heart. Methods:Chooses 69 example stubborn heart to fade stochastically the patient, divides into 2 groups, the control group 30 examples in strong doctors practicing western medicine and so on heart, diuresis, blood vessel relaxant treats, the treatment group 39 examples add in the control group foundation with the senate attach inoculation fluid 30ml,joins in 5% glucose inoculation fluid,treatment course 2 weeks. Observes two groups of effectiveness and to the heart rate measure o( variation influence. Results, Two groups of total effectiveness respectively are 95% and 73 %, the treatment group is higher than the control group, also the treatment group heart rate measure of variation is higher than the control group. Conclusion:The senate attaches the inoculation fluid assistance treatment stubborn heart to fade the curative effect to be remarkable, may improve the heart rate measure of variation.
