参附注射液对顽固性心衰的疗效及心率变异度的影响

目的：观察参附注射液对顽固性心衰的疗效及对心率变异度的影响.方法：随机选69例顽固性心衰患者,分为2组,对照组30例在强心、利尿、血管扩张剂等西医治疗,治疗组39例在对照组基础上加用参附注射液30ml,加入5%葡萄糖注射液中,疗程2周.观察两组的有效率及对心率变异度的影响.结果：两组总有效率分别为95%和73%,治疗组高于对照组,且治疗组心率变异度高于对照组.结论：参附注射液辅助治疗顽固性心衰疗效显著,可以改善心率变异度.
