针刺对缺血性脑损伤中脑源性神经营养因子影响的研究

缺血性脑损伤是具有复杂的病理生理过程,是多种机制共同作用的结果.研究发现脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF） 及其受体的表达变化影响缺血性脑损伤中神经细胞的存活与凋亡.本文回顾了近年来国内外的相关研究,探讨BDNF及其受体在针刺治疗缺血性脑损伤研究中的可能作用及意义,同时对该领域以后的研究方向及针刺更好的用于临床进行了展望并且提出些许建议.
