会阴侧切间断缝合间隔宽度对伤口愈合的影响

目的：探讨会阴侧切缝合时不同缝线间隔宽度对伤口愈合效果的影响,为临床助产工作提供科学的依据.方法：选择2001年1月-2007年12月在蓝田县医院妇产科分娩的200名经阴道分娩会阴侧切产妇,随机分成两组,即试验组和对照组,每组各100例.试验组会阴侧切缝合时间断缝合缝针间距为1.5cm,对照组会阴侧切缝合时间断缝合缝针间距为1.0cm..对两组产妇产后伤口的肿胀、疼痛、伤口愈合情况进行临床观察比较.结果：实验组产妇产后伤口肿胀、疼痛程度明显轻于对照组,伤口愈合情况也明显优于对照组（p〈0.05）差异有显著性.结论：会阴侧切间断缝合缝针间距1.5cm伤口愈合效果好且可减轻产妇痛苦.

Results ： The experimental group parturient woman post--natal wound swelling, the ache degree obvious lighlly in the control group,the wound cicatrization situation also obviously surpasses the control group （p〈0.05） difference to have the significance. The conclusion perineum lateral section interrupted sutures the stitching spacing 1.5cm wound cicatrization effect good also may reduce the parturient woman pain.
