不同血液静置时间对血常规结果的影响

目的：分析不同血液静置时间对血常规结果的影响.方法：用BC-1800血液分析仪,采用全血模式测定法检测室温中静置不同时间的血液标本中的红细胞,白细胞,血小板,血红板,血红蛋白,中性粒细胞,淋巴细胞,红细胞平均体积,红细胞蛋白浓度的变化.结果;标本室温中静置10min与7h,WBC总数和M直接计数比较,结果有差异,静置10min与立即检测,WBC与PLT的结果比较,结果有差异.结论：室温中血液静置时间不能超过7小时,也不能立即检测.

Different blood settlement time affects to the routine blood test result

Objective：Analyzes the different blood settlement time to the routine blood test result influence. Methods：With the BC -1800 blood analyzer, uses in the whole blood pattern measuring method examination room temperature to settle in the different time blood preparation red blood cell, the white blood cell, the blood platelet, blood red board, hemoglobin, neutral granular cell, lymphocyte,red blood cell average volume, red blood cell protein density change. Results： In the specimen room temperature settles 10min and the 7h,WBC total and the M direct counting compares,finally has the difference,settles 10min with to examine immediately, WBC and the PLT result compares,finally has the difference. Conclusion： In the room temperature the blood settlement time cannot surpass for 7 hours,also cannot examine immediately.
