厄贝沙坦对2型糖尿病肾病微量蛋白尿的疗效观察

目的：观察厄贝沙坦对2型糖尿病肾病微量蛋白尿的疗效。方法：选择2008年6月至2009年12月昭苏县人民医院60例确诊的早期2型糖尿病肾病微量蛋白尿患者随机分为2组，两组在控制饮食、运动疗法外，对照组30例按常规剂量口服降糖药或皮下注射胰岛素，治疗组30例给予常规剂量口服降糖药或皮下注射胰岛素外，再加上厄贝沙坦口服，疗程观察12个月。结果：治疗纽加用厄贝沙坦后尿微量蛋白明显低于对照组，结果差异有统计学意义。结论：口服降糖药或皮下注射胰岛素控制血糖的同时加用厄贝沙坦，可减少早期2型糖尿病患者微量蛋白的排泄，同时还有保护肾脏的功能。

Results： Treatment group Canada the urine micro protein is lower than the control group obviously with distress shell Sha Tanhou ,finally the difference has statistics significance. Conclusion： The oral administration falls the sugar medicine or hypodermic injection insulin control blood sugar at the same time adds with distress shell sand Tanzania ,may reduce the early time 2 diabetic micro protein the excretion,meanwhile has proteets the kidney the function.
