小儿肠套叠空气灌肠整复的经验和治疗效果——小儿肠套叠空气灌肠整复73例分析

目的：总结小儿肠套叠空气灌肠整复临床应用体会,提高小儿肠套叠诊断治愈率.方法：回顾分析2003-2009年本院X线透视下空气灌肠诊断、复位及手术治愈小儿肠套叠76例.结果：本组中73例复位成功,占96%,且无并发症发生.其中压力从7～10kPa缓慢上升中复位54例（73%）,在压力达到10kPa后仍未复位而采用间歇性注气及辅助手法按摩增加复位16例（21%）,3例肠套叠整复失败,改用手术治疗.结论：空气灌肠整复是小儿肠套叠最重要诊断及治疗方法.
