摘    要:目的:总结小儿肠套叠空气灌肠整复临床应用体会,提高小儿肠套叠诊断治愈率.方法:回顾分析2003-2009年本院X线透视下空气灌肠诊断、复位及手术治愈小儿肠套叠76例.结果:本组中73例复位成功,占96%,且无并发症发生.其中压力从7~10kPa缓慢上升中复位54例(73%),在压力达到10kPa后仍未复位而采用间歇性注气及辅助手法按摩增加复位16例(21%),3例肠套叠整复失败,改用手术治疗.结论:空气灌肠整复是小儿肠套叠最重要诊断及治疗方法.

Abstract:Objective: Summarizes the young child intestines wrap to fold the air sausage reduction clinical practice experience,enhances the young child intestines wrap to fold the diagnosis cure rate. Methods:The review analyzes under 2003-2009 year this courtyard X perspective the air sausage diagnosis,the replacement and the surgery cures the young child intestines wrap to fold 76 examples. Results: This group of 73 examples reposition successfully, accounts for 96% ,also occurs without the complication. Pressure repositioned 54 examples from the 7% 10kPa slow rise (73%), after the pressure achieved 10kPa the replacement has still not used the intermittent gas injection and the assistance technique massage increase repositions 16 example (21%) ,3 example intestines wrap to fold the reduction defeat,changes to the surgery to treat. Conclusion:The air sausage reduction is the young child intestines wrap folds the most important diagnosis and the method of treatment.
