重型颅脑损伤患者各种管道的护理体会

目的：探讨对重型颅脑损伤各种管道的护理.方法：对本科自2009年4月～2010年5月收治53例重型颅脑损伤病人的各种管道进行护理.结果：恢复良好35例,生活能力降低14例,放弃治疗2例.死亡2例,结论：重型颅脑损伤患者的各种管道经过科学、有效地护理可使患者病程缩短、痛苦减小、病死率降低.
