| 摘 要： | 医患关系是医务人员与患者在医疗过程中产生的特定医治关系,是医疗人际关系中的关键.良好的医患关系既可以减轻患者的痛苦,促进心身状态的调节,又可提高医疗服务质量和医疗安全性.有效的医患沟通是改善医患关系的重要途径,是建立医患双方相互信任、保障医患双方利益的有效手段.
