康复新液治疗小儿手足口病疗效观察

目的：观察康复新液治疗手足口病的临床疗效.方法：将230例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组（120例）和对照组（110例）.常规予以抗病毒等对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用康复新液口服及外用,对照组加用碘甘油涂口腔,两组疗程均为5d,比较两组的疗效及临床症状改善情况.结果：治疗组治愈率为91.7%,对照组治愈率为80.9%,两组比较X^2值为5.695（P＝0.017）,治疗组明显优于对照组,两组患儿口腔溃疡愈合及皮疹消退时间有显著性差异（P 〈0.05）.结论：康复新液可加快口腔溃疡愈合及皮疹消退,辅助治疗手足口病安全有效.
