吉西他滨化疗增敏联合三维适形放疗治疗老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

目的：观察吉西他滨化疗增敏联合三维适形放疗治疗老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌（Nsclc）的近期疗效和不良反应.方法：全组56例患者,吉西他滨1000毫克/平方米,静滴d1、8、15天.休息1周.放疗均采用三维适形放疗.结果：总有效率为76.78%（43/56）,其中完全缓解6例,部分缓解37例,稳定11例,进展2例.主要不良反应为骨髓抑制.结论：吉西他滨化疗联合三维适形放疗同步治疗老年局部晚期Nsclc患者,疗效好,不良反应可耐受,值得临床推广.
