老年急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓的观察与护理

探讨：老年急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者溶栓治疗中护理干预的重点.方法：将我科70例AMI溶栓患者,年龄≥60岁的47例为老年组,年龄〈60岁的23例为中青年组,对比分析两组在临床表现、诱发因素、合并症及并发症等方面的异同.统计分析采用卡方检验.结果：临床表现与诱发因素：老年组中不典型胸痛19例,与中青年组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,诱发因素中青年组高于老年组（P〈0.05） 老年组中合并症高于中青年组（P〈0.05） 老年组中并发症室上性心律失常、传导阻滞、心力衰竭、心源性休克与中青年组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：护理人员应针对老年AMI的特点在溶栓中给予有效、及时的护理,提高溶栓的成功率,降低AMI病人的病死率.
