中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎42例临床观察

目的：观察中药汤剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效.方法：回顾性选取2008年6月-2010年3月西苑医院消化科门诊、昌平中医院消化科门诊慢性萎缩性胃炎病例42例,用中药小建中补中益气各半汤加减治疗,观察临床症状及病理学改善情况.结果：42例患者,显效23例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率92.6%.结论：中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,可以减轻症状,改善病理组织学变化,是临床有效的治疗方法.

Objective： The observation Chinese native medicine decoction treatment chronicity withers the gastritis clinical curative effeet. Methods：The review selection in June, 2008 - March,2010 the Xiyuan hospital digestion braneh outpatient service,the Changping Chinese medicine hos- pital digests the branch outpatient service chronieity to wither the gastritis case of illness 42 examples,lunar month with twenty--nine days makes up with the Chinese native medicine benefits the gas to be half and half the soup addition and subtraction treatment,the observation clinical symptom and the pathology improvement situation. Results ： 42 example patients, show results 23 examples, effective 16 examples,invalid 3 examples, total effective- ness 92.6 ~. Conclusion~ The Chinese medicine treatment chronieity withers gastritis,may reduce the symptom, the improvement histo--pathology change,is the clinical effective method of treatment.
