胶体金法与ELISA法测HBsAg结果分析

目的：比较胶体金法和ELISA法检测乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）的性能，为在今后工作中科学合理地选择检测方法提供依据。方法：用胶体金法和ELISA法对323例体检标本同步进行HBsAg检测，以ELISA法为标准，对检测结果进行分析比较。同时观察两组方法的检测时间。结果：323例标本中，ELISA法与胶体金法检测出HBsAg阳性分别为17例和16例；两法均法阳性16例，均阴性306例，两法符合率为99．7％。胶体金法漏检1例，漏检率为0．3％；胶体金法单个样本的检测时间为30分钟，较ELISA法的1小时快。结论：胶体金法测HBsAg简便快速，但存在一定的漏检率，适合急诊或健康体检筛查，用于临床诊治则以ELISA法为优。

Simultaneously observes two groups of methods the examination time. Results：In 323 example specimens,the ELISA law and colloid Jin Fa examines the HBsAg masculine gender respectively is 17 examples and 16 examples;Two law even method masculine gender 16 examples,the even negative 306 examples, two law coincidence rates are 99.7 %. The colloid gold law omission 1 example, the undetected rate is 0. 3% The colloid gold law single sample examination time is 30 minutes, compares the ELISA law quickly 1 hour. Conclusion： Colloid Jin Face HBsAg simple fast, but has certain undetected rate, suits the emergency medical treatment or the healthy physical examination sieves looks up, uses in the clinical diagnosis take the ELISA law as superior.
