结肠息肉氩气离子术后出血病因分析

目的：探讨结肠息肉氩气离子切除术后出血的原因及处理措施.方法：分析结肠息肉患者氩气离子切除术出血的临床资料.结果：378例结肠息肉经氩气离子切除术后发生延迟性出血8例;病变部位结肠息肉的直径在0.5～2.0cm之间;出血时间为10h～3d;小量出血4例,中量出血3例,大量出血1例,无1例死亡.结论：为了避免术后出血的发生,应注意术前、术中和术后3个环节,出血后应及时处理.
