视可尼喉镜“光斑法”气管插管的效果观察

目的:探讨视可尼喉镜"光斑法"气管插管的效果。方法:视可尼喉镜"光斑法"经口、鼻气管插管患者113例。结果:经口气管内插管82例,一次性成功76例,一次性成功率为92.7%,两次及以上尝试成功5例,累计成功率为98.8%,其中,经目镜窥见会厌或声门8例,约占9.8%,托下颌后,经目镜窥见会厌或声门23例,约占28.0%。困难气道改视可尼喉镜"光点法"经口插管23例,两次及以上尝试成功20例,成功率为86.9%,其中,经目镜窥见会厌2例,占8.7%。视可尼喉镜经鼻气管内插管8例,成功4例,成功率为50%,经目镜未窥见会厌。所有病例未见严重并发症。结论:视可尼喉镜"光斑法"插管操作简单,创伤小,效果良好,是解决困难气道的重要手段之一。

The efficacy of endotracheal intubation using Shikani laryngoscope with "spot method"

Objective:To investigate the effect of endotracheal intubation using Shikani laryngoscope with "spot method".Methods: One hundred and thirteen patients were intubated by Shikani laryngoscope with "spot method" through the mouth and nose.Results: Eighty-two patients were intubated successfully once,the success rate was 92.7%,and eighty-one were twice or more,the total success rate was 98.8%,among which,eight cases or about 9.8% were confirmed by seeing the epiglottis or glottis;and 23 cases,about 28.0 % were seen the epiglottis or glottis after a jaw thrust maneuver.Twenty-three patients which had difficult airway confirmed by laryngoscopy,of which,twenty patients were intubated orally by Shikani laryngoscope using "spot method" with two or more attempts,and the success rate was 86.9%,among which,two cases where the epiglottis or glottis was seen by eyepiece,accounting for 8.7%.Eight patients had nasal tracheal intubation,and four cases were successful,the success rate was 50%,and the epiglottis was invisible.No one had serious complications.Conclusion: The Shikani laryngoscope with "spot method" is simple,mini-invasive,and effective.I It is one of the important means to solve difficult airway obstruction.
