类风湿关节炎并发动脉粥样硬化的人性化护理

目的：探讨类风湿关节炎并发动脉粥样硬化的人性化护理方法与效果.方法：通过对我院确诊的32例早期类风湿性关节炎并发动脉粥样硬化患者进行心理状况调查,采取针对性心理护理干预.结果：32例经过治疗后,痊愈18例,显效10例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率为87.5%.结论：早期采取相应的人性化干预措施,对类风湿性关节炎患者可减少不良心理状况,提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量.

Objective：Discussion class rheumatism arthritis concurrent atherosclerosis user friendly nursing method and effect. Methods：Through carries on the psychological condition investigation to my courtyard diagnosis 32 example early time class rheumatic arthritis concurrent atherosclerosis patient, adopts the pointed psychological nursing intervention. Results： 32 examples after the treatment, convalesce 18 examples, shows results 10 examples, the effective 3 examples, the invalid 1 example, the total effectiveness is 87.5 %. Conclusion： The early time takes the corresponding user friendly intervention measure,may reduce not the good psychological condition to the kind of rheumatic arthritis patient,enhances the treatment result,improves the patient quality of life.
