牵扳推压手法治疗胸腰椎骨错缝、筋出槽60例

目的：观察应用牵扳推压手法对胸腰椎关节骨错缝、筋出槽病人纠正错位的治疗.方法：用牵扳推压手法治疗胸腰椎骨错缝、筋出槽,选择不同年龄的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各60例.试验组用牵扳推压手法治疗,对照组用坐位旋转复位手法治疗.结果：试验组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：牵扳推压手法治疗胸腰椎骨错缝、筋出槽明显优于对照组坐位旋转复位法.
