经腹腔镜胆囊切除术中并发症的防治措施

目的：避免经腹腔镜行胆囊切除术并发症的发生。方法：回顾性总结分析本院从2007年1月~2010年2月行经腹腔镜胆囊切除术病例,共计200例。结果：胆管损伤1例,胆囊管残端痿2例,胆囊动脉后支撕脱出血转开腹止血术2例。结论：严格的术前检查和规范的手术程序可大大减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术的并发症。
