注射用双黄连治疗上呼吸道感染86例临床观察

目的：观察注射用双黄连冻干粉针剂治疗上呼吸道感染的临床疗效.方法：将86例上呼吸道感染患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,分别注射用双黄连冻干粉针剂和利巴韦林治疗.结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组,X^2=5.4,Ρ〈0.05,两组均未发生明显不良反应.结论：注射用双黄连冻干粉针剂治疗上呼吸道感染疗效满意,且无明显不良反映,值得临床推广应用.
