中西医结合治疗134例老年性阴道炎疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效.方法：将老年性阴道炎患者134例随机分成2组,对照组67例子醋酸清洗及少量雌激素阴道内放药,治疗组67例在对照组的基础上加服中药.7d为1个疗程.结果：治疗组治愈64例,好转3例,无效0例,总有效率为100% ;对照组治愈34例,好转19例,无效14倒,总有效率为79.1%;2组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0 01）.治疗后3个月随访,治疗组64例中复发1例,对照组34例中复发19例,治疗组复发率低于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论：中西医结合治疗老年性阴道炎疗效好,复发率低.
