泌尿系统结核29例临床诊治体会

目的：总结泌尿系结核的诊治经验,提高该病的诊治水平.方法：回顾性分析29例泌尿系结核患者的临床资料.结果：临床最常见主诉为膀胱刺激征和血尿,分别为65.5%和27.6%.尿常规检查异常21例（72.4%）,血沉异常14例（48.3%）.尿成渣找抗酸杆菌检查阳性3例（10.3%）.B超检查怀疑肾结核13例（44.8%）,IVU检查诊断或疑为肾结核7例（24.1%）,不显影或显影差22例（75.9%）.CT检查诊断12例（占IVU显影差的54.5%）.结论：泌尿系结核的临床诊断应综合病史尿液分析、影像学检查、病原学诊断等多种方法,x线检查方法应首选IVU和逆行肾盂造影,如两者未能确诊或仍有疑问,则应进一步选择CT检查以明确诊断.
