LEEP刀在治疗宫颈疾病的临床体会

目的：探讨高频电波刀宫颈环形切除术（LEEP）在临床诊治宫颈病变的应用意义.方法：回顾性分析比较我院200例患者电子阴道镜活检和LEEP术后病理检查结果.结果：两种检测手段诊断结果构成比无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,但个别病例在LEEP术后有病理级别升高.结论： 阴道镜下多点活检、LEEP术后病理诊断构成宫颈病变诊治的整套模式.
