床边血液灌流救治急性中毒的护理体会

急性药物中毒是常见的临床急症,传统治疗方法（如洗胃、补液、利尿、解毒剂、拮抗剂等）主要依靠患者自身代谢与排泄,往往不能控制病情,且抢救时间长、起效慢、并发症多,中毒严重者可致脏器功能不可逆损害,甚至死亡.床边血液灌流（HP）是临床常用的血液净化方法之一,是一种吸附型的血液净化技术,通过将患者血液引出体外与固体吸附剂接触,以吸附的方式清除体内的代谢产物、外源性毒素和药物,再通过静脉通路将血液送回患者体内[1].床边血液灌流不受场地限制,可使不宜搬动的危重患者得到及时治疗.2005年5月～2010年5月,我院血透室应用床边血液灌流救治58例急性中毒患者,取得满意的效果,本文将近年来的床边血液灌流护理体会总结如下：
