CT诊断治疗骨盆骨折56例临床观察

目的：探讨及评价螺旋CT在骨盆骨折的诊断及治疗中的临床价值.方法：对拥有完整的X？线、CT及螺旋CT影像资料的56例骨盆骨折患者进行回顾性分析,并在三种影像检查方法间进行比较.结果：三种方法间诊断率有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,二维CT与三维重建间无显著性差异（P〉0.05）.结论：CT三维重建清晰立体,可以根据需要从不同的方位显示损伤情况,指导临床诊断及手术意义重大.

Objective： Discussion and appraisal screw CT in pelvis bone fracture diagnosis and treatment clinical value. Methods： To has the integrity X？ The line,CT and the screw CT phantom material 56 example pelvis bone fracture patient carries on the review analysis,and carries on the comparison in three phantom inspection method. Results： During three methods diagnoses rate has the significance difference （P〈0.01） ,during two-dimensional CT and three dimensional reconstruction non-significance difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： CT three dimensional reconstruction clear three-dimensional, may according to need from the different bearing indication damage situation, the instruction clinical diagnosis and surgery watershed.
