护理干预提高血液透析患者生活质量的观察

目的：探讨护理干预对血液透析的患者生活质量的影响.方法：随机选择2009年1月-2009年125月本院80例透析患者,分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组实施常规维持性血液透析护理,观察组在对照组的基础实施下列护理干预：心理护理、饮食管理、行为干预、提高护理人员的业务水.结果：两组患者干预随访时间3-6月,平均（4.78±1.78）月,干预前生活质量无差异,干预后观察组生活质量高与对照组 （P＜0.05）.结论：护理干预能提高维持性血液透析患者生活质量,也提高整体护理质量量,值得临床应用.

Methods：Chooses stochastically in January,2009 - 2009 125 month this courtyard 80 example dialysis patient, divides into the observation group and control group each 40 examples,the control group implements conventional maintenance hemodialysis nursing,the observation group in control group＇s foundation implementation following nursing intervention ： Psychological nursing, diet management, behavior intervention, enhancement nursing staff＇s service water. Results ： Two group of patients intervene revisit time 3-- in June,the average （4. 78±1.78） month,before the intervention the quality of life do not have the difference,af- ter the intervention the observation group quality of life high and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The nursing intervention can improve the maintenance hemodialysis patient quality of life,also enhances the whole nursing quality quantity,is worth the clinical practice.
