支具联合中医手法治疗轻中度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸疗效观察

目的：通过对19例青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者运用支具联合中医手法治疗的临床随访观察,评价该疗法在治疗AIS的有效性;方法：本组青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者19例,女10例.男9例,年龄4-16岁,其中单腰弯的4例,胸腰弯的15例,Cobb角为20°-45°（26.26°±10.06）,均采用支具联合中医手法矫形治疗,随访时间,3～12个月,平均6个月,治疗后评价患者前后的Cobb角、身高、坐高;结果：19例AIS患者进行支具联合中医手法治疗,治疗后,根据Cobb角,消退患者为6例,好转的为11例,无效的为2例;结论：支具联合中医手法矫形治疗可以减少青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者侧弯角度,减缓侧弯进展.

The observation of effects in treating the mild or moderate Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis with brace and Chinese manipulation

Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of the brace and Chinese manipulation to treat the Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis, through the follow--up observation in 19 patients;Methods： 19 patients with AIS, 10 females,9 males,aged 4--16 years old,4 cases in single lumbar curve,15 cases in thoracic and lumbar curve,Cobb angle was 20°-45°（26.26°±10.06） ;all the patient were treated with brace and Chinese manipulation,fellowed up from 3 months to l year,and elevate the cobb angel, height and sitting height before and after treatment; Results： 19 AIS were treated by brace and Chinese manipulation. According to Cobb angle, 6 patients were extinction, llpatients were improved, 2 patients were ineffective. Conclusion： Brace and Chinese manipulation in treating the mild or moderate Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis can reduce scoliosis angle and slow progress of scoliosis.
