高龄老人肺部感染后纳差的中医辨治观察

笔者在从事多年老年医疗服务过程中发现，老年人患急性肺部感染，经西医治疗度过急性期后，体质好的老人常能很快康复，而体质差的高龄老人，常会出现不知饥饿，不思饮食，即纳差为主的症侯，有的伴神疲乏力，短气少言，有的伴口干烦躁，大便燥结……若不及时救活，老人虽在肺部感染的好转期，也极易因饮食不下，体质进一步衰弱，延长病程，阻碍机体康复，更因重度营养不良，衰竭死亡。西医营养支持疗效较差，而安置鼻饲管也为许多老人不能耐受，我们及时采用中医辨证施治，以“恢复胃纳脾运功能”为要，达到“强胃滋生以荣气血，营四肢百骸”的目的，疗效可靠满意，对尽快恢复老人食欲，促进疾病康复，挽救老人生命起到了重要的作用。现总结如下，供同道借鉴。
