小剂量氯胺酮复合七氟烷在小儿短小手术中的应用

目的：观察比较以小剂量氯胺酮复合七氟烷用于患儿麻醉的效果、苏醒质量及不良反应.方法：将围手术期患儿40例分为氯胺酮复合七氟烷组,氯胺酮组各20例.记录患儿出现体动或睁眼时间,出手术室时间,完全清醒时间及麻醉后并发症发生情况,并对其进行分析比较.结果：氯胺酮复合七氟烷组麻醉苏醒时间明显短于氯胺酮组（P〈0.05）,烦躁、噩梦、呕吐等不良反应明显少于氯胺酮组（P〈0.05）.结论：小剂量氯胺酮复合七氟烷用于小儿麻醉不良反应少.

Conclusion：The small dosage chloramine alkone compound seven fluorine alkane uses in the young child anaesthetizing responds not good few.
