社区家庭康复护理干预对脑卒中患者出院后心身康复的影响

目的：探讨社区家庭康复护理干预对脑卒中患者出院后心身康复.方法：为了保证患者在家庭和社区中得到及时、有效的康复护理指导与健康教育,同时也使我院护理服务质量得到延伸,在2007年1月-2009年12月期间,我科护士主动对出院53例患者进行6个月的社区家庭康复护理干预.结果：干预组6个月后,日常生活活动能力评定采用现有量表Barthel指数评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分均优于对照组（P〈0.01）. 结论：社区家庭康复护理干预能有效提高脑卒中患者的日常生活活动能力,减轻抑郁程度.

Methods：In order to guarantee the patient is under prompt, the effective recovery nursing instruction and the health education in the family and the community, simultaneously also enable my courtyard nursing grade of service to obtain extends, in January, 2007 - December, 2009 period,my branch nurse to leaves the hospital 53 example patients to carry in own initiative for 6 month-long the community family recovery nursing interventions. Results：The intervention group 6 months, the daily life energy evaluation use existing meter Barthel index grading and Hamilton the despondent meter （HAMD） grading surpass the control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The community family recovery nursing intervention can effectively sharpen the apoplexy patient＇s daily life energy, reduces the despondent degree.
