脊髓损伤患者住院康复后社区并发症的调查

目的：了解住院康复对脊髓损伤（SCI）患者回归社区后并发症发生情况的影响.方法：通过信访的方式,调查2000年1月至2008年1月在中山大学第一附属医院骨科和康复科收住院的所有符合要求的脊髓损伤病人,了解康复后回归社区和未接受康复直接回归社区的两组患者的并发症发生情况.结果：早期住院康复后回归社区的SCI患者一种或几种并发症的发生率为34.8%,而直接回归社区的SCI患者其发生率为55%,两组发生率的比较差异有统计学意义;其中未接受康复直接回归社区的SCI患者压疮的发生率明显高于住院康复后回归社区的患者（P〈0.05）,而痉挛的发生率明显降低;两组患者疼痛和泌尿系感染的发生率差异无统计学意义.结论：住院康复能降低SCI患者回归社区后并发症的发生.

Objective：The understanding in hospital recovery damages the （SCI） patient after the spinal cord to return the community the complication to have the situation influence. Methods：Through the inquiry way, investigated from January, 2000 all receives in hospital to January, 2008 in Zhongshan University first affiliated hospital orthopedics and the recovery branch to conform to the request spinal cord damage patient,after understood the recovery returned two group of patient＇s complications which the community and has not accepted the recovery direct return community to have the situation. Results：After the early in hospital recovery returns the community the SCI patient one kind of or several kind of complication formation rate is 34.8%, but returns the community SCI patient its formation rate is directly 55%, two group of formation rate comparison differences has statistics significance; After in which has not accepted the recovery direct return community the SCI patient presses the sore the formation rate obviously to be higher than the patient who in hospital recovery returns the community （P〈0.05） ,but the convulsion formation rate reduces obviously;Two group of patient aches and the uropoiesis are the infection formation rate difference non-statistics significance. Conclusion：After in hospi- tal recovery can reduce the SCI patient to return the community the complication occurrence.
