阴道镜检查对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变诊断的评价

目的：寻求提高宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）的检出率，使患者得到早期诊断和治疗方法。方法：采用电子阴道镜检查及镜下定位活检，对200例患者进行检查。结果：在200例行阴道镜检查的患者中有60例CINI级以上病变占30％。肉眼活检173例患者中有37例CINI级以上病变占21．4％。结论：阴道镜是临床辅助诊断CIN的一个重要手段，能显著提高CIN的栓出率。
