兰索拉唑三联疗法根治幽门螺杆菌36例

目的：观察兰索拉唑三联疗法根治幽门螺杆菌（H.pylori）的根治效果.方法：71例收集经胃镜检查证实或14C尿素呼气试验阳性的H.pylori感染者随机分为治疗组（兰索拉唑30mg bid＋克拉霉素500mg bid＋阿莫西林1.0g bid）和对照组（兰索拉唑30mg bid ＋阿莫西林1.0gbid ）,连服7天.观察记录H.pylori根除情况.结果：三联组根除率为88.9%（32/36）,高于对照组68.6%（24/35）（p〈0.05）.结果表明兰索拉唑三联10天疗法,治疗H.pylori感染可以达到较高的根除率.
