急性冠脉综合征（ACS）是心肌缺血急性发作的一组综合征,包括不稳定性心绞痛、非ST段抬高型心肌梗死和ST段抬高型心肌梗死.ACS的发生是由于冠状动脉硬化斑块破裂、血小板粘附、聚集和释放,凝血系统激活形成血栓,同时可伴血管痉挛,引起血管腔明显狭窄,甚至完全堵塞从而出现心肌缺血缺氧、严重的出现心肌坏死,临床表现为胸痛胸闷、心律失常、心率衰竭甚至猝死.ACS是国际公认的急性心血管疾病,近年来发病呈上升趋势,因其病死率高,所以对护理、抢救工作提出了新的挑战.
