糖尿病合并急性脑血管意外31例临床分析

目的：探讨脑血管意外（CVA）合并糖尿病者临床、预后及诸多因素与临床治疗方案.方法：对53例CVA患者进行意外分析,根据诊断标准对患者的病情做判断.结果：CVA患者的死亡率为感染率为27.23%1,CVA合并高血压患者48.39%,72.72%的存活者合并偏瘫或肢体感觉障碍,死亡率为小部分（22.59% ）出现低血糖和合并酮症酸中毒（9.6% ）.结论：CVA的意外的发生要进行相对的治疗,同时注意定期检查,早发现早治疗,预防糖尿病合并急性南血管意外的发生.
