下肢深静脉血栓的彩色多普勒超声诊断探讨

目的：探讨下肢深静脉血栓的彩色多普勒超声诊断价值.方法：对43例下肢深静脉血栓患者进行彩色多普勒检查,其中手术证实5例,X线造影证实12例,其余26例经彩色多普勒超声检查,结合临床后证实.结果：下肢深静脉血栓超声表现为静脉管腔内实性回声,探头加压时管腔不能被压疤,彩色多普勒显示,病变处管腔内充盈缺损,PW显示频谱不随呼吸变化而变化.结论：彩色多普勒超声是检查下肢深静脉血栓的首选方法.

Results：The lower limb deep vein thrombus supersonic performance for the vein lumen in the solid echo,the probe head pressurizes when the lumen cannot press the scar,colored Doppler demon- strated,in the pathological change place lumen fulls the damage, PW demonstrated the frequency spectrum does not change along with the breath change. Conclusion： Colored Doppler supersonic is inspects the lower limb deep vein thrombus the first choice method.
