针刺加灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经51例

痛经是妇科常见的痛证，发病率高达33．19％。寒凝血瘀型痛经在临床上比较常见，多为贪凉饮冷，冒雨涉水，感受风寒，致使风寒湿邪内侵，寒客冲任胞宫，血液凝滞，血行不畅，而致寒凝血瘀。在临床上见经前或行经时小腹疼痛，或痛引腰骶，按痛甚，得热痛减，发病惠剧，疼痛剧烈。2008—2010年笔者采用针刺加灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经51例，疗效满意，报道如下。
